We are pleased to announce that Kierstin Reed has accepted the position of CEO for LeadingAge Nebraska, effective August 2, 2021. This position reports to the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Nebraska and works cooperatively with the National LeadingAge organization. Kierstin will provide strategic and operational leadership while ensuring the mission and purpose of the Association are carried out through it's programs and services.
Kierstin graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE with a master's degree in Social Work and from University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Master of Social work, as well as a Master of Public Administration. Prior to accepting this position, she served as the Area Director, then the Director of Program Development for The Community Supports Network, Inc. Prior to her work with The Community Supports Network, she worked as an independent contractor with the State of Nebraska, Division of Developmental Disabilities. Kierstin brings with her 20 years of senior leadership and management experience as well as experience working with non-profit, private and government agencies, which will be invaluable in meeting our association’s goals and objectives.
